The technical test allows us to assess your skills and knowledge relevant to your selected job role. It helps us determine your proficiency in the field.
The technical test is approximately 125 minutes long. It still varies depending on the selected job role.
Our team will review your test sheets and typically revert to you within 1-2 days. During this period, you will also receive the time slots for the next round of technical interview.
The technical interview evaluates your technical proficiency relevant to your selected job role, as well as your potential for growth and improvement. We focus not only on what you currently know but also on your ability to acquire new knowledge.
The behavioural interview assesses your interpersonal skills and cultural fit with our company, following standard industry norms.
Upon successfully passing all the test levels, you will receive an offer letter matching your last CTC. Post onboarding, you will undergo an extensive in-person training for 2 months. Once you complete the training period and get deployed, you will receive a guaranteed hike of 40-80% based on your performance during the training period.
The onboarding process starts once you accept the offer and return the signed offer letter. Meanwhile, we will assist you in settling down in Bangalore at one of our thriving housing facilities, where you will be provided with free accommodation and food while upskilling at zero cost.

At the academy, you will receive extensive tech & soft skills training for 2-months post which you will be deployed with our Fortune 500 client partners.
Once you are onboarded with us, we run a diagnostic to understand your strength and potential based on which we customize our training modules. After your training starts, you will be assessed on a weekly basis through MCQ tests, coding sprints, presentations, group discussions, extempore and more!
After completion of each module, you will be given a mini project to work on and will be evaluated based on your performance. Our soft skill assessment involves activities like 'think tank', 'just a minute' and more.
Don't worry, you won’t have to go through the hassle of flat-hunting in the busy streets of Bangalore. We will have you stay at our premium co-living housing facility that are stationed close to the academy. What’s more, we will also provide you with free meals throughout the day!
Training will take place from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for 2 months. Post completion of training, you will be deployed on a 5-day work schedule or as per our client partner's work policy.
