Do I have to pay for Upskilling?

No! When you pledge your loyalty to the Godfather of Talent, you don’t have to pay for upskilling! At Futurense, you get to upskill at ZERO cost!

Will I be getting paid during my training period?

Yes! You’ll be paid as per your last CTC during the training period, with a guaranteed hike of 40-80% after completing the training, based on your performance during the 2 months. You also get free accommodation and food till the time you are in your training period.

What will be the joining date?

Every month, we have a new cohort. Based on your notice period, you’ll be allotted in a new cohort.

How will my hike be decided and when?

Your hike will be decided once you complete the training period. You’ll be getting a guaranteed hike of 40-80% based on your performance during the training period through our transparent evaluation process.

What if I'm not deployed?

If you are not deployed, Futurense will assess your performance in your interviews and will make you undergo necessary training programs for your holistic career development.

Will I get assistance for my interviews with the clients?

Futurense will provide full-time assistance during your deployment process. Based on your performance during the deployment process, Futurense will enrol you in relevant training programs whenever needed.

What if I'm facing an issue after getting deployed?

You’ll get 24x7 post-job assistance on Futurense Portal from our subject matter experts and industry experts as well.

Will I get an opportunity to upskill after getting deployed?

Once you’re deployed, you will get various opportunities to upskill in your choice of domain with Futurense.

What is the post-deployment upskilling with IIT/IIMs?

Once you complete 9 months with Futurense, you’ll be eligible for a fully sponsored PG Certification program from top IITs/IIMs where you’ll get to upskill with executive education.

Do I have to pay for the courses I will be enrolled in at IITs/IIMs?

On successful completion of the program, you will NOT have to pay for the IIT/IIM program.

What if I want to leave after my training is completed?

If the candidate wants to leave after the training program, they will have to reimburse the training cost mentioned as per the Exit policy mentioned in their offer letter.

What happens after 12 months of deployment?

After 12 months of deployment, you’ll be eligible to join the client as a full-time employee or you can also continue with Futurense.

Do I have to sign a bond?

Yes! The candidate will have to sign a bond as per the company’s exit policy.

Can Futurense terminate my contract?

Futurense can terminate a candidate’s contract only in case of any discrepancy or candidate not meeting certain requirements as mentioned in the candidate’s offer letter.

What is the purpose of the technical test?

The technical test allows you to familiarize yourself with our testing platform and assesses your skills and knowledge in data and analytics. It helps us determine your proficiency in the field.

How long is the technical test?

The technical test is 125 minutes long.

How long will it take to hear back after submitting the test?

Our team will review your test sheets and typically revert to you within 2-3 days. During this period, you will also receive the time slots for the next round of assessment.

What does the technical interview entail?

The technical interview evaluates your technical proficiency in data and analytics, as well as your potential for growth and improvement. We focus not only on what you currently know but also on your ability to acquire new knowledge.

What is the purpose of the behavioural interview?

The behavioural interview assesses your interpersonal skills and cultural fit with our company, following standard industry norms.

What happens after clearing all the test levels?

Upon successfully passing all the test levels, you will receive an offer letter with a standard 20% salary hike. Once you complete the training period, you will receive an additional 20% hike on the new CTC (Cost to Company) post deployment.

When does the onboarding process begin?

The onboarding process starts once you accept the offer and return the signed offer letter. Meanwhile, we will assist you in settling down in Bangalore at one of our thriving campuses, where you can enjoy free accommodation and food while upskilling at zero cost.

Is there any cost associated with the training period?

No, you get to train and upskill at ZERO cost all while getting paid by us in full salaries. You will also receive free accommodation and food during your training at our Bangalore campus.

Can I choose the location for my training?

The training for data specialists is conducted at our Bangalore campus. Therefore, the location for your training will be in Bangalore.

What is the duration of the training before deployment?

At the academy, you will receive extensive tech & Soft skills training for 2-months post which you will be deployed with our Fortune 500 client partners

How will I be assessed during the training period?

Once you are onboarded with us, we run a diagnostic to understand your strength and potential based on which we customize our training modules. After your training starts, you will be assessed on a weekly basis through MCQ tests, coding sprints, presentations, group discussions, extempore and more!

After completion of each module, you will be given a mini project to work on and will be evaluated based on your performance. Our soft skill assessment involves activities like a think tank, just a minute and more.

Where will I stay during the academy training?

Don't worry, you won’t have to go through the hassle of flat-hunting in the busy streets of Bangalore. We will have you stay at our premium co-living spaces that are stationed close to the academy. What’s more, we will also look after your nutrient-requirements with delicious meals made available to you round the clock!

What will be the timings for my training?

Training will take place from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for 2-3 months. Post completion of training, you will be deployed on a 5-day work schedule or as per our client partner's work policy.

Do I have the option of taking training online or remotely?

Futurense is committed to developing and delivering the best training to its engineers. The training takes place in person, with industry experts training you in cutting-edge tools & technologies. Our goal is to provide you with rich in-office experience. Throughout your training, we'll expose you to multiple industry experts, soft-skill coaches, and mentors who work from our premises. Moreover, getting hands-on experience, one-on-one interaction with your mentors, and exposure to a fun work culture mandates your presence in the office. As a result, we only train in the office.

What happens if someone cannot clear the interview round during deployment?

Don't worry, our interpersonal training procedures ensure a very high interview to hire ratio. However, in the rare scenario that you fail an interview round, we will conduct a thorough audit and upskill you with the required skillsets to ensure a seamless deployment.

Will I get assistance for my interviews with the clients?

We are already 5-steps ahead of it! We work very closely with our clients and thus, assistance is just the tip of the iceberg. Be it interviews, assessments, performance evaluations, or anything else, we have already worked it all out for you! You will have a string of interview experiences with us through interview coaching and mock interviews by actual industry experts. You will also get access to our treasure chest of the top-secret questions asked by Fortune 500 companies!

What is the interview-to-hire ratio?

We have an extraordinary interview-to-hire ratio of 10:7 meaning our candidates have a selection rate of 70%.

What will be the notice period of the candidate?

We provide job-ready talent ready to deliver from day 1 at ZERO Notice period meaning our candidates can be onboarded immediately.

What if the candidate decides to leave mid-project?

We have a new cohort every month which enables us to provide immediate replacement in such cases. We provide a 7-day replacement guarantee in case the candidate decides to leave mid-project.

What if we want a candidate with a specific or a particular skill set or expertise in a particular tool?

Once you share your requirements or the Job Description, our solutions architect will match your requirement with our existing talent pool. This has 3 outcomes. If the JD/requirement matches perfectly with your existing talent pool, interviews are aligned immediately. In case of a partial match, we provide an additional training of 1-4 weeks to our candidates and further interviews are aligned. If the requirement completely differs from our existing talent pool, we make a customised cohort and train the talent exactly as per your requirement for about 2-4 months and further interviews are aligned. What if there is a need for a candidate to adapt to new technology or a skillset?

What if the candidate is facing difficulties adapting to the work after deployment?

Once the candidate is deployed with you, we offer 24x7 post-deployment assistance to the candidate to help them with the difficulties, be it technical or non-technical issues.

Who takes the ownership of the talent?
